The standard session fee is $125. Sessions are approximately 50–55 minutes and can be scheduled in person in Dripping Springs or by telehealth.
Waypoint Counseling is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to seek reimbursement for a portion of your session fee. Superbills are available upon request.
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on individual circumstances and financial need. Availability is not guaranteed — please ask during your consultation.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee, at the discretion of the counselor.

Under the No Surprises Act, clients not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. This section will be updated with full details before launch. Please ask during your consultation if you have questions in the meantime.
